Find answers to common questions about signing in, devices, playlists and support.
Enter your email and password on the login page and click Sign In. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the main dashboard.
Click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
After creating a device, open the pairing screen and enter the pairing code shown on the Android display. Then continue through the setup steps.
Open the Playlists section and click Add Playlist. After completing the playlist form, you will be taken to the Playlist Builder, where you can choose the media items for the playlist. When you click Save, the playlist is created and can then be assigned to a device or display.
Go to the Media page and click the Add Media button. Fill in the form, select the file you want to upload, and click Upload. After that, the uploaded media will appear in the media list.
Go to the Playlists page and first select the playlist you want to assign. If you want to assign it to a device, click Add to Device, choose the device, click Next, select the display where the playlist should be shown, and click Assign. If you want to assign it to a group, click Add to Group, choose the group from the dropdown list, and click Add to Group.
A display is part of a device. One device can have one or two displays, depending on how it is set up.
Go to the Playlists page and double-click the playlist you want to change. This will open the playlist editor, where you can update or remove media. When you are done, click Save.
When a device is offline, its current media, playlists, and settings stay the same. The only difference is that the live preview is not shown while the device is offline.
Layouts represent the number of displays on a device. When creating a device, if you choose a layout with a certain number of displays, the device will be set up with that number of displays. If you want to change the layout later, go to the Device List, click Manage on the device, then click Change Layout. Choose the new layout, complete the steps, and save the changes.
The Reports page shows visual graphs and statistics for customers. Here, you can see which customer’s content has been played the most and how often it has been played. You can also view a list of all customers. By clicking Details for a customer, you will open a separate page where you can see more information, such as total play time, number of media items, and number of active devices.
Data sources allow a screen to display external or dynamic information, such as transport timetable data, together with media content.
